The reason I am writing this book is to inform the reader about change, positive thinking, cleansing the mind, and renewing the spirit; detoxifying yourself to get rid of the poisons that you have planted inside that are no good and cause you to live an unfulfilled life. Negative thinking and bad habits have a lot to do with where you are right now and where you are going. We all want to live a fulfilled life, but we only have the present moment to decide if and how we are going to reach that goal. There is a formula to living this life and there are many who do not have a clue as to what that formula is, but all who come to know and understand that formula will have peace and happiness in their lives. God has blessed me to begin to understand this way of life. I say “begin” because we are always learning and growing. I want to share with you what I have come to understand, so that you may use it and find peace in your life.
We cannot be afraid and we cannot run from the truth, at least not for long. If you have been wondering why life has many struggles, your life is inconsistent, you are failing to understand your purpose here on earth, or you want better but keep getting the same results, then now is the time you should come to know and understand what you must do in order to get the results that you want. Time is one of the most important assets we are given, and we must utilize it properly and live according to God’s word. We are to be over-comers and develop righteous character. We have to overcome obstacles that are placed in front of us and as we overcome them, we move closer to Christ, because we know that through him we conquered that situation. In the process, we gain righteous character. Righteous character is love, hope, trust, patience, humility, honesty, loyalty, peacefulness, gentleness and kindness (God’s attitude). Great self-esteem and health are the main ingredients you are going to need if you want to be successful in any area of your life. The quickest way of doing that is to get to know you and what you are capable of doing. Once you figure out that you are more than what you have been told, you will get energized. Getting energized means building your spirit up so that there is no room for sickness, laziness, low energy, unhealthy eating habits, obesity, doubt and defeat. You have to have a change of attitude and get into the habit of saying what you want instead of what you don’t want. If there is something that you don’t want; don’t pay any attention to it. Focus your mind and energy on what you want, and you will have it. Why waste energy on things that you don’t plan on having? Paint a picture of what you want in your mind and your mind will consciously make an effort to give you what you need to achieve your goals. As you see this picture of what you want, say aloud what it is you see. If you combine imagining with writing your thoughts out, they will manifest if you are willing to persevere. When it comes to healthy eating, the healthy foods you did not like before will begin to taste better. You will naturally want the foods that you are supposed to have, and the energy you need to perform will be at your disposal. Discover what is inside of you and know that it is worth more than anything you can buy.

Your mind should be clear, and getting motivated to experience a brand new lifestyle should not be an issue, especially after you have cleared your mind of the past and focused in on what you want out of life. If you are still having difficulty, you may need to check yourself; check your thoughts and make sure you really want to experience life more abundantly. Whether you are trying to lose weight, gain weight, control your eating habits, or maybe just maintain an active lifestyle, start to see yourself as though you have accomplished that goal. Start thinking positive of yourself and as you see yourself doing what it is you want to do, say thank you. Say thank you because you have been given a chance to renew your mind and start down a new path to accomplish goals you thought you would never accomplish. We all have things that we can be grateful for. It is up to us to acknowledge those things and know that without them, our lives would not be the same. Being grateful can and will contribute to your happiness if you implement some time to think about all the wonderful things you have been blessed with. God is the great giver of life, and everything around us is alive and has energy. We take energy away from our lives by how we choose to think, the way we feel, by what people tell us, and not being grateful for what we have.
