Why is love such a mystery?

‘The poems from “The Saturday ‘Nite’ Pick-Up”: My “Perfect Love” is about an intimate relationship lasting 48 years. The book is close to a biography or a memoir, but the poems are telling. This love tale started in June 1971. A time when finding true love was difficult. But a gentle, sweet kiss through the car window made it happen. The poems tell the story of this young nurse falling in love for the first time in her early twenties. It is not about a hero, super women, or any magical character you would see in movies or read in books. It is about an ordinary girl, a nurse by profession, an ordinary young lady who found love, the perfect one. You will read every trivial issue which surrounds love. You will feel the rewards of pure love and how it can change lives between the lines in these poems. You will notice the relatability of love.
