Ralph A Kemmerlin, Sr., Conflictologist, is the founder and Grandmaster of Con360LLC, whose mission is to provide world-class coaching and reality-based solutions in the principles, tactics, and techniques of observing, mitigating, and managing conflict. Kemmerlin is the creator of a groundbreaking approach for identifying, analyzing, and resolving conflict, i.e., the Trichotomy Conflict Solution. Kemmerlin is a member of the International Law Enforcement Educator and Trainer Association (ILEETA). Kemmerlin retired from the Delaware Department of State, Division of Professional Regulation’s Investigative Unit.
