In The Complete Women’s Lacrosse Goalkeeper, you will learn about the technical, tactical and mental attributes required to Make an Impact on the Game. Take a deeper look at:

- Save Mechanics to increase your efficiency
- Positioning and Movement to maximize your effectiveness
- Being the 8th Defender and starting the attack
- The Mentality and Mindset to be your best

LEARN TO BE THE LAST LINE OF DEFENSE AND THE FIRST LINE OF OFFENSE.
