Julia Titus: I've been inspired to write Claudia's Pink Piggy Bank, which is a children's book,because it will positively influence parents to teach their children on how to save money from an early age. Many children receive some sort of money either from loved ones or from friends. For example, children receive money as gifts on their birthday or on holidays. In general, children love it when their parents give them a piggy bank. When I gave my children a piggy bank, they got so excited and happy. They always wanted to put random things they found into the piggy bank. I would explain to them, that the piggy bank is for saving money, and not for putting different things in it. Many times, they would ask to take money out of the piggy bank to count and know how much they have saved. It was fun for them and a learning experience as well.
