Adventure, Romance, and Danger in Southern France

Grace’s dream vacation to France takes an unexpected turn when she arrives in Èze and opens her Paris shopping bag to find a hand-carved box containing an heirloom diamond. Stunned and amazed, she searches for the artisan who created the box, but first gets robbed herself. Eventually locating the artist, Jerome, she shares the bad news, and learns during their conversation that it was also his stone. Desperate to retrieve his diamond, and intrigued by the American, Jerome heads to Èze and teams up with Grace and several memorable locals and friends to navigate the seamy underbelly of Nice in pursuit of the diamond. As their investigation unfolds, suspicions mount that his cousin might be looking to profit from the diamond’s disappearance. This colorful, exciting novel about a resourceful man and woman determined to seek justice is a delightful love letter to Southern France and a satisfying tale of true love.
