Clifford was raised in Los Angeles. He holds Bachelor of Music, Master of Music Education, Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and Master of Divinity. He was ordained in 2017 by International Assemblies of the First Born, Inc. and is Senior pastor of New Hope Christian Center in Lomita, CA.
