WHY RACE PREFERENCE IS IMMORAL AND INJURIOUS

Giving advantages to individuals or groups because of their skin color or ethnicity violates fundamental moral principles. It also violates the U.S. Constitution and breaks the law. Race preference, moreover, demeans the institutions in which it is practiced, divides the entire society, and—worst of all—seriously damages the minority groups who were its intended beneficiaries.
