Shannon Jordan has a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Certified Professional Midwife license from the State of New Mexico. She has always been especially interested in immunology, cultural anthropology, and early childhood education, so naturally she became a stay-at-home mother and educator, where she is able to immerse herself in all three.
