Finally, A Journal For Every Woman!

Ahh … to crawl in bed and fall peacefully to sleep! This delightful journal helps clear out today’s baggage and replace it with gratitude and awareness. Before I Sleep gives a beautifully creative way to bring closure to the day while building the gentle discipline of being more aware of God’s constant, loving presence in our lives. Through thoughtful questions, counting blessings, portions of Scripture, uncovering feelings and places to color, this book is a treasury of ways to work through today’s busyness. Each page offers six opportunities to reflect as well as art to color. The author encourages the journaler to complete as little or as much as desired in order to relax the mind and engage the spirit, bringing a sweet sense of closure to this one day.

I love this delightful little devotional. I can see one of my friends curled up in her cozy spot meditating and praying over the verse for the day as she colors in the picture and fills in her responses. I can see another friend sitting at her desk with this devotional, her Bible to see the verse in context, and a pen to journal her thoughts.

It has been said that “life is a problem-solving process.” How blessed we are to know deep within our hearts that God is on our side in the problems we face! Paulette has learned the secret of handling those challenges by depending on the God she knows and trusts with her entire heart and soul. I encourage you to utilize her suggestions to strengthen your faith in our loving God.
