Salma S. Safiedine, J.D. LL.M. is an attorney, born in Farmington Hills, MI. She moved from Washington, D.C. to Rochester, Minnesota where she and her husband, Dr. Mohamad Bydon, M.D. enjoy their time raising their wondrous children, Harris Dean and Sidra Jena; along with their fur baby, a Portuguese Water Dog named Beau. A Visit to the Chicks is inspired by a Lebanese children’s folk song. Part of the proceeds of this book will be donated to children’s charities in the Middle East and Africa. Dr. Aida Lteif, M.D. was born and raised in Lebanon. She immigrated to the United States in 1992 for medical training. Aida is currently a pediatric endocrinologist at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN, where she and her husband, Dr. Elie Berbari, M.D., raised their two boys Hadi and Dany. She loves drawing and staying busy
