About the Author

Maria C. Guilott and Gaylynn Parker

Dr. Maria Guilott received a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. from Tulane University. During her career, she has been a classroom teacher, high school administrator, district supervisor, assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction, assistant professor at The University of Southern Mississippi, and an international educational consultant.

Dr. Gaylynn Parker received a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from The University of Southern Mississippi. During her career, she has been a classroom teacher, lead teacher, media specialist, curriculum and instruction specialist, assistant professor and an educational consultant.
