At The End Of The Funnel

As we have shifted over the years from simple living to more complex lifestyles, we are now inundated with an abundance of information to help us lead healthy and prosperous lives. Nevertheless, most individuals yet find themselves in an un-preferred state when reviewing their overall wellbeing. According to research scientists, although we now have the ability to gather and deliver more information than we did in the past, our brain’s ability to absorb and process it has not changed. Hence, it’s believed that streamlining or funneling of the increased volume of information could further assist with processing and implementing for better results. In this book, the author pinpoints key areas believed to be fundamental for optimum living, namely, our physical wellbeing, our financial status and our spiritual fitness. While the contents of this reading have been simplified, the reader would undoubtedly benefit from the succinct information presented for optimum living. This book would motivate us to review the status of our overall wellbeing, to make any necessary changes and desire to experience the fullness of life.
