Barb Campbell was born in French Island, Lacrosse, Wisconsin, and grew up in a family riddled with alcoholism. She had a son at seventeen, struggled with alcoholism and was in and out of rehab for many years. She was married in 1992 and finally discovered art therapy. It saved her life!
