Melody to my Father is a dialogue between a daughter and her father. The daughter Michal is determined that some changes need to made in her life. Michal will pursue her dream of getting rich at all cost, no matter who she hurts in the process. Ironically, in the midst of a life changing event in Michal's life she is faced with guilt and depression and the only way she can escape her hurt is to find encouragement from her Father. Through Michal's relationship with her Father she learns who she really is and what life is all about.

About the Author

Alicia B. Thompson

Alicia B. Thompson was raised in Mobile, Alabama, and as a child enjoyed writing short stories. Writing has always seemed to get Alicia through the most difficult and happiest times of her life.

Ironically, through her writing of life's trials and tribulations her letters were addressed to God; seeking encouragement, understanding, support and love. Alicia has always had a very intimate and personal relationship with God and through her life she has always wanted others to know God's love for them and that He accepts all of us just as we are. Alicia hopes that this book encourages others to keep pressing forward no matter how hard the situation is. She hopes this book will be the start of other God-inspired books to come.
