Jo Ann Miller is a graduate of Upsala College and daughter of Lieutenant General Thomas H. Miller, former head of Marine Aviation during the Vietnam War. After a lengthly career in the retail garamet industry, Ms. Miller is a leading realtor in the New York-Connecticut area. She resides in Westport, Connecticut.
