About the Author

Command Sergeant Major (Retired) Ray Cordell

Command Sergeant Major (retired) Ray Cordell is a 28-year veteran of the United States Army. He spent his career as an Airborne Ranger and public affairs specialist. While talking with friends who have children, Ray found many people struggling with a common issue in getting their children to feel safe and sleep in their own rooms.
