I am the one who always succeeds, who never stops reaching for unreachable needs! That is my legacy, and I am the Black Hummingbird. As a proud wife, and mother of two,writing was my very first emotion! My first true love was Poetry. They have earned me accomplishments epitomized in Songs On The Wind; published by a division of The National Library of Poetry. Preceding that publication was one in the spring of 1995,by my high school literary magazine The Venture. In addition, I was awarded poet of the year in 1996, 1997 and 1999. It was a great compliment! My second love is the art of fabricating short stories, or novellas. I made the leap from Poetry to Novellas, because my creative spirit was not satisfied.
