Arthur Penn

Arthur Penn is a retired attorney who lives in Medford, New Jersey with his wife, Marlene. He has four children and eight grandchildren. He chose the German invasion of Russia for the setting of his debut novel because of his deep respect and admiration for the grit and courage of the Russians in their fierce resistance to the savagery of the Nazi war machine.
