Within Every Boy is a Superhero

Hello! My name is Elijah. I’m an everyday kid and a superhero. My superhero assignment is to help you to become a superhero. In this book we study the principles of weight training that call on our mind and character to help build strong bodies. We learn the names of major muscle groups and exercises and techniques to build size, shape and strength in our muscles. We go through a ton of really cool exercises with pictures of kids who look like us. You have lots of pages for tracking your exercise progress as you develop the body of a superhero. And for every day that you track your workout, you have a motivational quote to inspire courage and strong character that will help you to stay in the superhero game of life.
