The author holds a doctorate in construction engineering and management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a retired executive of Saudi Aramco where he led the design and building of some of the worlds largest petroleum projects. Since his retirement in 1985 he has been a student of the Constitution, trying to unravel the causes of today’s problems and political turmoil. In his previous book, The Real Economy he describes an economic system that distributes nature’s wealth equally and that the framers of the Constitution attempted to employ. In this book he reveals how their successors have emasculated it by defying the very laws they have sworn to uphold.
