Book Excerpt

"In America, 70% of all millionaires became so by investing in real estate." Many millionaires invest their money into real estate no matter their primary business. People are always going to need a home. Homes are going to be needed to accommodate the millions of people in this country, and the millions that will be coming to this country over the next few decades. Where will these new Americans live? Doesn't it seem as though there is no more room for them? And who are they going to rent from? Why not you?

Real estate is one of the best ways to establish wealth, build wealth, and protect your future. With real estate, you could set yourself up with deals that could result in the purchasing of buildings or homes. Property that could be passed down to your children and to your children’s children. Real Estate investing has made more new millionaires than any other field. And it is always going to be that way. Even the millionaires that made their money during the dot.com boom of the 90s figured out that in order to keep their wealth, they had better invest in real estate."
