Book Excerpt

When we praise and worship God this brings us in an intimate relationship with Him. The trials and tribulations of our everyday life become small and insignificant when we are enveloped in the presence of the Almighty. Worship numbs our feeling to the world and its care. The psalmist declares that, "In the presence of the Lord there is fullness of joy and at His right and there are pleasures for evermore." (Psalm 16:11)
Are you without joy? Are you feeling down trodden? I dare you to get in God's presence and start giving Him praise. No one ever enters the presence of the Lord and remains the same. Transformstion takes place in His presence.

God is addicted to our praise and will do anything for a true worshipper. In the account of Isaiah when King Uzziah died Isaiah said he saw the Lord. The seraphim's (six winged angels) in the presence of the Lord began to worship God.
"And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.
And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke." (Isaiah 6: 3 -4)
The post of the door moved at their worship. Isn't it amazing that things move when we worship and praise God in sincerity?
