Gary Montavon, a graduate of Xavier University with an undergraduate degree in Communications and a post graduate degree in Guidance and Counseling, is a recently retired Human Resources Executive with over 38 years of international and domestic experience in manufacturing operations in three major corporations; Ford Motor Company, Emerson Electric Co. and the Brunswick Corporation.
