Sylvia McNeese has been in the teaching profession since 1997. She has spent most of her career working with children. Ms. McNeese served in the U. S. Army and is a Gulf-War Veteran. Her leisure time is spent playing the violin, reading, and watching movies. She currently resides in south Florida.
