A Real World War II Love Story

This book is dedicated to my parents, Joe and Gloria, and their unbelievable journey of a true love story during World War II. The letters between them show the trials and tribulations (and sometimes humor) they endured and overcame over a period of five years, four and half while my father was overseas and in battle. Following and chronicling their love story through their letters has allowed me a better understanding of not only who my parents were as young adults, but also of the strength and power of their love for each other. It is a testimony that not even distance or a war could keep them apart.

Paula Oravec is one of four children born in Cleveland, Ohio. A professional mother of one adult daughter, this is her first attempt at writing. She decided to write about one of the things she is proud of, her parents. Paula resides in Cleveland, Ohio, and enjoys working, cooking, crocheting and is looking forward to her next book.
