LaVonda is a native Memphian. She is a widow and the mother of three biological children and one adopted son. She served eight years in the military. She is the Owner of “TAKE YOUR LIFE BACK CHRISTIAN CENTER” with a desire to help as many people as she can take back control of their lives. She loves to cook and write. She does whatever she can find her hands to do when it comes to helping anyone. She gives God the entire Honor, the Glory, and the Praise for everything in her life.
