It has been said that “If You Do What You Love and Love What You Do, You Will Never Work a Day In Your Life”. Nothing could be more accurate than that! This was my life! Monday was exciting to go to my day job, whether it was rebuilding transmissions or programming and solving problems. Then when Friday came, I worked on the houses I was rebuilding, every spare moment! Be a free thinker, accept what comes along and find something good about what you do. If you cannot, then maybe it is time to move on. Somewhere down the road, the perfect job may be waiting for you, but you will never know unless to take that step. Create a belief system, as I did, that will work for you. Life is full of wonderful people, who given the chance, will help you along the way!

I was born to a large family in an inner city. My father was a security guard, my mother was a housewife! We were poor, but that never stopped us from having a wonderful family life. Somehow Mom made it happen! I found later in life, that I was not meant to have a formal education, so I left High School after 3 and ½ years to start my life with my first love, who would later become my first wife. That was when I grew up! From High School dropout to retiring from IBM after 31 years, in the most wonderful job I could ever imagine!
