Who knows...

I might see Fumble on the big screen someday! DERREN MCGARVEY

“We’ve all heard the classic stories of Cinderella, Snow White, and Sleeping Beauty. They all had their share of tragedy, but in the end they all got their man and lived happily ever after. That’s the nature of fantasy. But…How is today’s woman to find true love without magic mirrors, fairy godmothers, or seven little friends to help her out?

Does true love even exist?

Is there a place called Happily Ever After?

How do you get there?

Perhaps it’s a matter of chance, or is it fate? These are some of the questions that Mia asked herself.”

Meet Mia, a very down-to-earth church girl, who attempts to navigate all of the ups and downs of ordinary life. Follow along as Mia tries to make sense of love, life, family and friends. See how a chance encounter with Mitch, a handsome pro football player, turns her world upside down. Is this new relationship too good to be true? What were the chances of an NFL star and a down-home church girl making it? Will the obstacles they encounter cause them to learn how to love, forgive, and trust, or will it drive them apart?

Read more to discover the fate of their relationship.

Book Excerpt

Mia, now 30, has started to feel the pressure of her internal time clock. Those around her seemed to watch every changing second. Being a young lady in the church presented its own challenges. Since, she didn’t believe in pre-marital sex, guys who weren’t in church, although they might find her attractive and ask her out for a while, were not really interested in a sexless relationship.

She began to feel like Thumbelina, who because of her unusually tiny size felt that she did not measure up to other girls. Mia could also relate to her feelings of being pressured to settle for someone she didn’t want. Yet she knew that there was someone out there for her and that she would meet him someday. She only wandered what was taking so long.

Who knew that Mia’s prayers were about to be answered?
