I was born in January of 1921. I was married at age 15 to my wife of 71 years Lois Thackerson. I was in the army and national guard during world war 2. I trusted Jesus as my saviour at a very young age. But because of my military service, and getting married so young, I got out of church for many years. Finally, God called me back into fellowship, I joined a church and became a Sunday school teacher and a deacon. In recent years, I have been sole caregiver to my wife due to her suferring a stroke and getting altzheimers. In spite of this, God has blessed me so that at the young age of 87, I have been able to write this book, my first! My prayer is that God will see many souls saved and many in the church rededicated to his service.
