Get Acquainted With Purpose

We were all born with a meaningful purpose! However, the predictability of being “normal” and the low effort required to “go along to get along” robs us of our uniqueness. It is ultimately up to each of us to choose if we will settle for blending into the crowd or become a dynamo capable of producing the energy of life. It’s what the masses need to thrive but aren’t aware that they can generate themselves. No matter where you are in your life journey, this book will meet you there. If you are ready for the life-giving energy of your unique purpose to flow with greater power, then the wisdom contained within these pages will lead you through the starting gate and well on your way!

Book Excerpt

We are naturally drawn to similarities. Our brains are constantly scanning
for similarities in other people, in ideas, and in activities. When
you come across a similarity, the brain starts to relax a little, and not
work as hard. This can be a dangerous state for the brain to be in for a
prolonged period. Biases, pejoratives, indifferences, and suspicions will
quickly set in. The brain will then automatically gravitate toward these
mindsets, with the idea that its workload would decrease. When in reality,
the burden that accompanies these negative thoughts is greater than
the work that the brain would have to invest, to establish new bonds.
Just ask the person who found it so much easier to eat fast food than
take the time to prepare healthy meals. They soon gained a few hundred
extra pounds. The burden of carrying all that excess weight was a whole
lot greater than the thoughtful effort required to eat healthily.
