About the Author

Erich Drakeley

I have a B.A. in History that I received from CSU Sacramento. My favorite interest in history were military and European. So, of course Germany and WW II have always have been for me predominate in my learning. Personally, my Grandpa served in the RCAF during WW II and I grew up with my Dad sharing his personal interest with me on Germany and WW II. The idea for this book embraces my learned knowledge, experiences with family members, and my desire to actually write a story from the German point of view.
