As the children of God we must watch and pray so that the devil, the adversary does not catch us unaware. Being aware of the devil’s deceptive tactics and devices will enable us to arm ourselves for the battle.

Be courageous, and fight the good fight of faith. Endure hardship, persecutions, and suffering as a good soldier of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Pick up your cross and follow hard after Jesus Christ, grounded on a sure foundation. Study the word of God, that you would not be drawn away by false teachers with enticing words, to lure you to destruction. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23 KJV).

I know with the cares of this world pressing us on every side, we can lose track of the basic principles of God and be drawn away by the tactics of the adversary, the devil and our own lusts.
