Book Excerpt

• Your whole Goal and Mission in life is to please God. If you are focused on pleasing God it won’t be hard to understand your purpose. What we tend to do is focus on other things for extended periods of time where we tend to forget our goal and mission of pleasing God.

• Remember as a man thinks in his heart so is he. Whatever you put your mind to you can achieve it. Make sure God is in his rightful place in your life. Spend time with God. Talk to him on your way to school, work, church, or wherever you are going. In your quiet time and in your daily activities meditate on him.

• Praise God in advance for what’s he promised and is going to do in your life. If he doesn’t do anything else for you which he will, he’s already done plenty for you to Praise him. Always, worship God for who he is. You do not have to follow a cookie cut way of worshipping God, just worship him in a way that you feel is pleasing to him. Let your Praise and Worship be a sweet smelling savor in his nostrils.

• Remember in all thy getting get understanding and wisdom. For, Wisdom is the principle thing. If you have wisdom there is nothing you can’t do correctly. Wisdom encourages you to do the right thing even when you want to do the wrong thing. Wisdom open doors that no man can shut. Wisdom allows you to have boldness when you do something. Wisdom goes in line with confidence. Being confident allows you to build your hopes on your most holy faith.

• Greater is he that is in you than he that is in this world. When it looks like the world is coming down around you. Remember that there is someone greater living on the inside of you that is greater and bigger than anything you are going through or may face. When you are in trouble, always look to the hills from whence cometh your help because all of your help comes from the Lord.

• Understand your God giving rights. God has established a covenant with you through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. Knowing who you are in Christ and knowing your authority will allow you to operate in God’s covenant.

• Always trust the voice God. He will never lead you astray. His word says he will never leave you nor forsake you even until the end of times. Your Spirit may be willing but sometimes your flesh is weak and not willing, but you have to determine within yourself to press forward. Understand you can NEVER go wrong when you trust the voice of God.
