We are trying to get a fussy, non-eater to actually sit at the table and put food into his or her little body. We serve small portions of lots of different things and try and get the child to try things they normally would refuse. At first it may only a few bites, but that just may be more than normal. After a few meals with siblings, mom and dad making "ooh's" and "ah's" over the food, you might be surprised at just how contagious eating new things can be.
