Michael Fahey grew up in the Finger Lakes Area of New York State. He did some bicycling as a youth and little as a parent. He did not do any serious cycling until he was ordered to lose weight, and his wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. Now he has cycled around the World. Shari grew up in Rochester & Holley, NY. She did little cycling before US. She is a physician Assistant in Minneapolis. She is back on a bike again.
