HAZEL BOGARD is the mother of three sons. She is the seventh child. Born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, she has spent most of her life residing in Dallas, Texas. She has held a management position for a major commercial real estate company for several years in a customer service environment. Hazel has always been attentive to customer service anywhere she goes. After previously being in the cosmetology field for several years, she felt the need to share her personal experiences regarding customer service and her determination of what good customer service is.
