He has built his personal skills and competencies based on a diverse career path from teaching chemistry to marketing management within the manufacturing sector. Before establishing a consulting practice, he was a dynamic leader of human resources and global executive learning in the medical device area. He supported corporate initiatives specific to employee engagement, employer branding, and leadership development.
