Product description...

So Where Are You in This Process?

ABOUT THE BOOK: FROM FEAR TO LOVE: THE PROCESS OF SALVATION has been in the process for the past 40 years. It first began during my college and grad school years at Wheaton College and Wheaton Graduate School. After years of formulating my ideas and leading Bible studies on the subject, I finally started actively writing in the 1990s during my break and lunch times at work with the Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs. Upon my disability retirement after my three heart attacks and first stroke, there was a dormant period of about 14 years until the Lord laid it once again on my heart to try and finish it after suffering two more strokes and threats of cancer. It has been very physically demanding to write this book due to my paralysis and paresthesia, but my perseverance is a testament to God’s grace and my obedience. The book discusses the process of salvation which all must pass through to be saved. Heavily based in Scripture and my own personal life experiences, the book explores what a spirit of fear is and where it comes from, and how God’s Holy Spirit of love can draw someone through the Conversion Zone by opening the Door of Trust, and thereby entering a life of faith in and obedience to the commands of God, whereby one can enjoy a love-bond relationship of communion with his or her Creator, full of power, joy, peace, and His unconditional love, as they fulfill their own unlimited potential in and through Him. This is what I see as the process of salvation, wherein one can grow in experiencing and sharing the love of God as he moves away from a spirit of fear, and become more and more like Jesus Christ as he is filled with His Holy Spirit of love. A key point in this is enjoying the gift of the eternal, ever-present presence of God within and through one’s life, and how that truth impacts us, and all around us, to the glory of God.
