Author Information...

“From the mind of a menace” is how Author Sha’ni Ricks describes her page turning novel Karma. While working full time and juggling motherhood in upstate NY, Sha’ni discovered her passion for writing. She completed her first novel in 2003 at age 23. Needless to say, her manuscript sat on the top shelf of her closet for well over a decade. It wasn’t until she began receiving constant encouragement from her family did she recognize the selling power of her story. Yearning for a calmer more peaceful life outside of NY she and her family packed up and relocated to her home town of Charlotte, NC. There the self-proclaimed "Procrastinator" decided it was time to take her craft more seriously. As a result, her first novel, Karma, was born. The novel will be released in the spring of 2016 through her publishing company Don Diva publications.
