With degrees in chemical engineering and computer science, Kevin J. Smith spent the first ten years of his career at the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas as a flight design engineer in the Mission Operations Directorate supporting over 40 Space Shuttle missions.For the past twenty years, he has been fortunate to work with hundreds of global IT organizations of all sizes on strategy, business process design, best practices, eliminating waste, and leveraging software solutions to help IT think and perform better.Kevin is Founder and President of the IT Transformation Institute and is the author of The Practical Guide to World-Class IT Service Management (2017), The IT Imperative (2018) and One IT, One Business (2019).
