With degrees in Chemical Engineering and Computer Science from Texas A&M University and the University of Houston respectively, Kevin spent the first 10 years of his career at the NASA Johnson Space Center and the next 10 years with Manugistics Inc. during the global revolution of Supply Chain Management. For the past 15 years Kevin has been with Ivanti and HEAT Software working with global market leading IT organizations on strategy, business process design, and leveraging software solutions to help all of IT perform better. Kevin is the author of The Practical Guide to World-Class IT Service Management.
