Shpresa Ymeraj (1972, Albania) lives in southeastern Pennsylvania. "DASHURIA DHE DHOMA E ERRËT," in English, LOVE AND THE DARKROOM, is her first book of poetry. In 2018 "Kuvendi Magazine," "Days of Albanian Literature in the US," recognized her work with First Prize in Poetry, and "The Pangolin Review" shortlisted her poetry for the Annual Poetry Prize Contest. Currently, she studies "English Literature" and "Creative Writing" at Widener University.
