Book Details

Erase Camp "Never Was" With Absolutely No Trace!

The "Mysterious Mission" delegated to a young Lt. Carey seemed virtually impossible to achieve in the very short timeline allotted. The Camp was to completely disappear or France would levy a heavy fine per day on the United States. This memoir describes how the mission was accomplished. With considerable creativity and no commander to advise him, Carey and his few troops dismantled the buildings, disposed of the materials and returned the forest to pristine condition, just under the deadline.
