Dr. Monty lives in New York with his wife, the Honorable Katherine Levine, New York Supreme Court Justice, his daughter Moira, and his beloved pit bulls, turtles and cats. Dr. Monty met co-author Vickie Taylor while working a parental alienation case in Colorado. Vickie lives in Greeley, Colorado, with her husband, Weld District Court Judge Todd Taylor.
