Excerpt from the book:
From Arnold Palmer:
Through the years I played several rounds of golf with my good friend Warren Smith. I have seen him help members who shoot in the 120s as well as touring pros who needed encouragement. He is a man of integrity who has dedicated everlasting efforts to every one of his club members, helping them in whatever way he could. He is a very warm, quiet, open and unassuming guy who respects everyone and treats everyone as a friend. He is just one of those guys who will accommodate everyone. Warren Smith stands for what I think every club professional should stand for -- devotion to the game, integrity, and faithfulness to the membership. He's the perfect pro.
