Mei-yin May Lewis, was born in Hong Kong, a food paradise which combines China and International cuisines. She loves to cook for her friends and family. She became a Certificate Mistress from the Northcote College of Education, Hong Kong, in 1992. She was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Education with Honors by the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom, in 1995. In 1998, she obtained the degree of Master of Arts (Education) at the University of Hull, United Kingdom. In addition, she also learned dim sum, bakery and chef cooking from the Hong Kong and Kowloon Restaurant Union while she lived in Hong Kong. She has organized and taught Chinese cooking classes since 2003.
