It’s scary to be lost and away from your parents – especially when your home is the
jungle, where anything can happen. But a brave little lion cub doesn’t let his fear get in
the way of figuring out how to find a safe place to be. He looks around among the animals
in the jungle to find someone who can help him. In his adventures along the way, he
meets many new friends, and has a little mishap that results in a welcoming
community…and a new name. Readers of all ages will be delighted with the colorful and
positive story of a lion cub who realizes that misunderstandings aren’t always bad!
Ginny Buller is a retired master elementary teacher and has received numerous awards for her teaching expertise. She has always wanted to write a children's book. This book fulfills this dream.
Julie Chettle created Folly the Lion a number of years ago, and now has the opportunity to see him come alive in this book. She is an excellent artist and brings the story alive with her illustrations.
