Jesus Christ, the humble man who changed the course of history. Two thousand years ago He walked the Earth, though some people claim that no such person ever lived. To the skeptics, the historian Will Durant writes: “All this granted, much remains. The contradictions are of minutae, not substance; in essentials the synoptic gospels agree remarkably well, and form a consistent portrait of Christ.... That a few simple men should in one generation have invented so powerful and appealing a personality, so lofty an ethic and so inspiring a vision of human brotherhood, would be a miracle far more incredible than any recorded in the Gospels.”
Jesus Christ’s ministry was conducted with love and overwhelming compassion for the needy, the poor, and - most of all - for sinners. He was not a fanatic. Fanatics give the religion of Jesus Christ a bad name, and turn people off instead of turning them on. Multitudes followed Him because they believed in Him and His message. Throughout the ages since, many more millions have followed Him, adopted His teachings, and tried with all their might to emulate the way He lived. They forsook all the pleasures of sin for a season so they might have fellowship with Jesus throughout eternity. Looking down from Heaven, Jesus is smiling! His ministry on Earth achieved its purpose.

About Buckley John W.
John W. Buckley is a student of the human condition, wielding the
written craft to enrapture the mind much like an artist wields a brush.
The pages are a blank canvas on which to draw from a talent heralded by
many and matched by few. This book adds to his mastery of spiritual
themes. In 2007 he published Prophecy Unveiled: Exploring the Incredible
Truths that Lie Hidden in the Bible. In the same year he published
Satan: Scourge of the Universe. He is working on other volumes in his
Personality Series, the next volume being on Angels. Aside from
religious themes, a novel based in East Africa during the Great War is
in progress. He has titled it Peponi, which means “paradise” in Swahili.
John lives with his wife Margaret Grace in Malibu, California.
