So cries Prof. Ernst von Schlaban as he realizes Chad Henson has sent himself back in time using the Prof's time machine. Chad wants to go back in time to meet famous singer/actress of WWII, Frances Langford.
The words to her song, Will I Ever Know have convinced Chad they were meant for him. Frances is haunted by the words to that song, "The moment that I see him I will know him, no matter how impossible it seems. I know just what he'll do, I know just what he'll say, we have met before in dreams" What happens when these two star-crossed lovers from different times meet?

"Well I did steal a ride on the Professor's time machine." We both laughed but there it was again, that cloud on my sunny day. Professor Von Schlaban and the time machine. I could be yanked out of here at any moment. I desparately wanted to stay with Frances in 1945. We'd deal with Jon Hall later. I just couldn't let her go. Frances interrupted my musing by saying, "We'd better get to bed, big day tomorrow, or really today. It's after 2am. I'd also like to drop in on the gang at the set and see how the movie is coming along without me." We both laughed at that but somehow I didn't want to go back to the movie set because that's where I "dropped in." We went up that beautiful staircase to our rooms, stopping at the door of Frances room. "Well , goodnight sweetheart," I said to her and kissed her warmly. "Listen Chad, said Frances shyly, Iris won't be home till dawn or after, in fact she may crash with someone from the party. Dora and Edward are fast asleep, we've got the hours to ourselves." She looked at me and smiled that smile. The next sound heard was her bedroom door closing with both of us behind it.
